When I founded The Law Offices of Carl David Ceder, PLLC, I envisioned providing a practice that was dedicated 100% to one thing: Excellent Client Service.  My hope is to always deliver my very best to those who entrust me with their case.  I consider the representation of individuals in a legal practice a special and unique privilege that should never be taken for granted.  As such, I will always be devoted to trying my absolute hardest to meet the needs of those I represent.

My commitment to client service means that I will always treat every person I interact with as if I, or one of my close family members, were faced with a similar situation.  I want the very best for my clients going forward in their lives.  I hope to not only make a positive impact in the courtroom with whatever legal situation they are facing, but also in their everyday life as well.  My role is defined as an attorney and counselor of law.  What I take this to mean is that my role goes beyond simply advising clients as to how best to proceed legally.  My goal is to always attempt to give helpful advice and counsel that will help make my clients a better person for their family, friends, and with whatever their profession is in life.

Every client I’ve been fortunate enough to have represented over the years all have had unique situations, regardless of the circumstances of their case.  I understand that each person is in a different place in their life when I get the opportunity to work with them.  With this in mind, the promise that I will always make is that I will do everything within my power to deliver the quality representation that you or your loved one deserve.  I always try to put myself in your shoes, asking myself what I would do if I were in your situation.  

If you or a loved one is facing a scenario where you need help with a legal matter, it usually is a very scary process.  People are usually afraid and confused on how best to proceed going forward.  Long ago I recognized that what people want from the attorney handling their case is someone that will always give them honest and ethical advice.  People usually are seeking an attorney that will help guide them through the criminal justice system, while doing their absolute best to protect their rights and freedoms against a system that can sometimes be very intimidating.  Above all else, what people desire most is an attorney they can trust.

I am very thankful for every opportunity I get of having the privilege to represent clients in court.  I take this honor very seriously, and I will always pledge to anyone I work with that I will try my utmost to achieve a positive outcome in their case given all factors involved.  If you decide to hire me, what you will get is an attorney that is committed to doing everything in his power to enhance his skills to be able to represent you as effectively as possible.  I try to work as hard as I can to always be improving myself and my ability to advocate for everyone I represent.  It is my sincere goal that all clients that I represent leave my service feeling a positive outcome was reached.  Please read some of my client reviews here.
